What is the minimum order?
The minimum order for each of our calendars is 100. However, each of the 100 calendars can have a unique individual’s name. For example, you must order 100 calendars with your company logo the same on each of the months, but each calendar can have a different recipient’s name, such as John Smith, Sue Jones, etc. Each name is considered 1 calendar.
(An order of 100 consists of the same style and size calendar.)
What is the production time?
On all orders placed with quantities between 100 and 1,000, the production time is 2-3 weeks. This begins after you have approved your proof and submitted your data file of names. If you have a RUSH order, please contact an account representative to discuss an alternative production schedule.
In what format do you need the logo?
In order to process your order, we need an electronic version of your logo. This can be provided in a number of high-resolution formats (TIFF, JPEG, EPS, or PDF).
What format do you need the list of names?
Please provide the list of names in an Excel spread sheet. However, it is important for you check the names and addresses contained in your file and then double check again! The list provided to us will be the exact data we use when we image the names into the pictures. We absolutely cannot accept any emails or faxes that contain names. We do not keystroke names. You must provide this into a spreadsheet before we can begin the production process.
Do I see a proof before you print?
Absolutely! Once we receive your logo and data file, we will create a PDF file containing a virtual proof of your calendar using your logo and ONE name from your data file.
Is there a set up cost?
There is no set up cost if you use our recommended lifestyle sets. Also, there is no set up cost to print your logo or personalized greeting on the cover or calendar month pages as long as your message remains the same each month. However, if you would like to produce your own custom calendar using images from our library, there is an additional fee. Please contact an account representative or visit our website for pricing.
Can I add a personal greeting or note?
Yes, our calendars are designed with the ability and flexibility to allow you to add personal greetings or notes to both the calendar cover and the bottom of each calendar month’s page. This is included in the price. Please refer to the imprint area shown for each product for the available sizes.
Note: If you want to change your message for each month or add messages in the date boxes there is an additional set up cost.
Can you produce first name and last name?
Yes, it is possible to produce first and last name in the images designed. Not all images are designed to contain full names. Please refer to our image library to see which names can have first name only, or first and last name. Images shown in the library on our website represent whether first name or first and last name will be used in production.
Can I put my company name in the image rather than my client’s name?
Certainly! Calendars containing a company name or product name can be excellent way to create new product awareness. We strongly suggest that you use the actual recipients name because people love to see their own name on promotional products. Our research and experience shows that a recipient is more likely to keep their calendar because their name is on each month. No one will throw away a calendar with THEIR name on it.
If I cannot use one or more of the images in your lifestyle sets, do you have any alternative images?
Yes, you may choose any 12 images from our huge library to build your own calendar. Please note that using images that are not part of our recommended lifestyle sets requires an additional set up cost. Check back often as we are constantly creating and adding new images to our library.
Is it possible to include more than twelve months on the calendar?
Yes, it is possible to create a custom calendar with any number of months. However, the pricing noted on the website only reflects a standard 12 month calendar. If you or a client is interested in a calendar containing additional months, please contact an account representative for a custom quote.
Can you create personalized images using custom artwork?
This can be a very effective marketing tool when promoting new products or services. However, not all images lend themselves to realistic looking picture personalization. If you are interested in using images of your own or creating new custom images containing personalization, please contact an account representative.
What options do I have for shipping?
Bulk ship your complete order to one location. The price is dependent on quantity, weight, and location.
